We offer work experience to help young people with their career choice. We prefer people to be certain they want to work with animals, be over 16 years of age and you need to get in early! We get booked up about a year in advance for some weeks of the year and we can only take one student at a time.

New Graduate / Early career Veterinary surgeon to join award winning Independant Small Animal practice.
We are looking for an early career small animal Veterinary surgeon to join our team of 4 Vets.
The Pet Health Partnership is an award winning, thriving, proudly independent practice, with two branches in beautiful Dorset.
The Purbeck area has excellent schools, has renowned coastline for walking, climbing, sailing, kayaking and amazing beaches to enjoy, whilst just a quick journey into Bournemouth and city life.
The Pet Health Partnership is a VN training practice and have a super team of RVN’s, and admin staff. Our team are all proactive and driven, always looking to provide better care for our patients and clients. We have regular Vets meetings where all ideas and opinions are listened to and encouraged.
We have an extensive range of equipment and laboratory. We are Silver medal Cat friendly and a Chicken Vet practice.
There will be a good mix of consults and surgery, with mentoring by our lead Ve,t both in and out of theatre. The role will be supported allowing you to develop within small animal practice. Communication and a team mentality are key strengths for this position.
Ideally, the position would be 36 hours over 4 days between 9-6.00, with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (9-12.00), but is flexible to applicant preferences. No OOH. We believe in a good work:life balance. Excellent salary (dependant on experience) and package available, including all professional fees paid, unlimited CPD allowance, parental leave, pension and generous holiday allowance. We have accomodation available to aid relocation if required.
